  Careers - Evaluation Specialist

 

Job Purpose: 

Evaluate training programs for a government contractor. 

Duties:

  • Prepare evaluation instruments based on training objectives
  • Input data from evaluation instruments into an Excel or Access database
  • Tabulate and analyze evaluation data
  • Develop evaluation reports
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficient writing skills
  • Experience in development of evaluation tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
