| Job Purpose:
Trainer is responsible for conducting healthcare related training in accordance with current state and federal guidelines, policies and procedures in various forums; including, but not limited to, classroom training.
Duties:
- Perform training at various sites
- Conduct monthly and regional training modules on policies, procedures, regulations and other identified training needs
- Maintain an understanding of current healthcare policies and procedures
- Obtain certification in facilitation modules
- Utilize existing training materials and adult learning principles
- Participate in team meetings and team -building sessions
- Perform other duties, as required, to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior facilitation experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Dependable work ethic and professional demeanor
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in web programming and graphics preferred, but not required
