  Careers - Trainer

 

Job Purpose:

Trainer is responsible for conducting healthcare related training in accordance with current state and federal guidelines, policies and procedures in various forums; including, but not limited to, classroom training.  

Duties:

  • Perform training at various sites
  • Conduct monthly and regional training modules on policies, procedures, regulations and other identified training needs
  • Maintain an understanding of current healthcare policies and procedures
  • Obtain certification in facilitation modules
  • Utilize existing training materials and adult learning principles
  • Participate in team meetings and team -building sessions
  • Perform other duties, as required, to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
 Skills/Qualifications:  
  • Prior facilitation experience
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Dependable work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in web programming and graphics preferred, but not required

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
