District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue Computerized Assessment
Challenge
In June 2000, LTC entered into a subcontracting agreement with Anderson Consulting to provide a computerized skills assessment solution for approximately 400 District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue employees.
Approach
LTC developed and implemented the project in two phases; each consisting of skills assessment administration and report tracking. Development and implementation of this effort required efforts including, but not limited to: systems administration and configuration, database design, scheduling, project management, reports and records administration.
Result
LTC successfully developed and implemented assessment sessions to reveal the knowledge, skills and abilities of staff and management as it regards the Microsoft Office Suite. The LTC team completed all objectives within the allotted time frame and within budget. We managed cost controls, met deliverables and customer satisfaction ratings which were measured based upon accurate record keeping in the form of weekly status reports. |
